Take I35 to the New Road exit (mile marker 330) in Waco and go East. That’s right if you’re headed North toward Dallas and Left if you’re headed South toward Austin. New Road curves to the left and dead ends into Hwy 77. Turn Right and go to the 2nd traffic light. The white tin building with Blue Awnings on the left is The Passmore Building. Nice Ninjas is in suites C & D with Passmore’s Self Defense. Visit any Monday, Tuesday or Thursday evening.
